Gjeste-DT Gail/Ionabunny

I juni har vi fått med oss Gail som gjesteDT, sjekk det flotte kortet hennes!

Hi, my name is Gail aka ionabunny and I am so happy to be here today on the Scrap the Rainbow blog.  I am British, but moved to Sandnes, Norway in 2005.  I keep rabbits and chickens, grow my own vegetables and make pretty things with paper and glass.  I call my style simple, but seldom clean, and enjoy mixed media and mixed techniques and trying anything new.  Last year, with the help of my blog friend Jo, we started the Let's Squash It!! challenge blog, which is all about embossing folders.  We also run an international card exchange called the Card Chain Challenge.  I am the design team manager for the German stamp company Rubber Dance Stamps and also for the US stamp company Lost Coast Designs.  In my spare time I like to enter challenges.

My blog Crafty Nomad

For my card I made a card base and cut a paneI from Kort og Godt patterned card.  I stamped the panel with mixed media style stamps and embossed with blue and silver embossing powder.  I die cut Memory Box Frosted Christmas Tree, dry embossed it and used a brush to blend Wilted Violet distress ink on the embossed areas.  I stamped Paper Nest Doll Red Riding Hood on white card, coloured with distress inks and fussy cut her.
